Drayton’s New Photo Gallery opens – well to be more precise ‘goes live’ after considerable work by Jules Meredith. What we want now is some stunning photos for the categories set up that are ready and waiting.
The Gallery categories are; Chronicle Photos, Historical, People and Portrait, Plant and Nature, Sport & Leisure, Village Life and finally Spotlight – this will be an opportunity for villagers to show off their skills in a monthly themed category – the gallery moderator will select one of the photos as the photo of the month and the contributor will win a huge bucket of praise and recognition.
The October theme is Trees, November is Gates and the December theme is Christmas and Celebrations – and do make sure that you have permission from anyone in your photos to publish them. Submit a maximum of five photos per month by email to gallery@draytonvillage.co.uk or via www.wetransfer.com, the closing date for submissions will be the last day of the Month.

The small print: Anyone submitting images must have permission to do so and will by submitting automatically give rights for them to be published. Any photos considered to be promoting a commercial activity or that contravene any privacy, pornography or child protection laws will not be published.
