Tamsin Crane, Chair of the Drayton Parish Council expresses the sadness of the Council and the residents of Drayton village at the news of the death of His Royal Highness Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh.
We join the rest of the nation in mourning as we remember with immense gratitude, respect and admiration the lifetime of service which His Royal Highness devoted to Her Majesty, to our Nation, to the Commonwealth and the many important causes he supported over the years.
The Council extends its heartfelt condolences to Her Majesty The Queen and members of the Royal Family.
