of the Remote Meeting held on 9th March 2021 at 7:00pm.

Present: Graham Webb (Chairman), Patricia Athawes, Shane McAleavey. Richard Wade.

Not Present: All Councillors were present.

In Attendance: Christopher Price (Deputy Clerk and meeting administrator).

Public: 3 members of the public were present.

19/2021 Apologies for Absence. None.

20/2021 Declarations of Interest, Dispensations and Use of Delegated Powers. None.

21/2021 Public Participation. None.

22/2021 Minutes of the Previous Meeting. The minutes of the previous meeting were approved.

23/2021 Old Planning Applications (Application(s) that had deadlines before the meeting).

P21/V0253/HH. Construction of single storey rear extension, following the demolition of existing conservatory and formation of a front porch. 33 Hilliat Fields Drayton Abingdon OX14 4JQ. PC: Noted.

24/2021 New Planning Applications (see Vale of White Horse District Council website for full planning details and minutes for all pending applications). The Clerk/Deputy Clerk was authorised to respond to the VWHDC to Support/Respond/Object to the following planning applications with comments, in accordance with material planning considerations and the Drayton Neighbourhood Development Plan planning policies.

P21/V0365/HH. 17 Binning Close – Single storey rear extension and linked first floor rear extension 18 Binning Close – linked first floor extension. 17 & 18 Binning Close Drayton Abingdon OX14 4LN. PC: Noted.
P21/V0357/FUL. The addition of a 2 space car port and home office over. Barn to the rear of 24 High Street Drayton Abingdon OX14 4JL. PC: Noted.

26/2021 Any other Planning Business.

a) Manor Farm to Gravel Lane Footpath Link. A strategic discussion about the latest plans from Cala Homes was noted.

b) Development Opportunities. A strategic discussion about development opportunities for West of Cornville Road and south of East Way was noted.

ACTION: Graham Webb to respond to the correspondence regarding development opportunities noting that our current Neighbourhood Development Plan does not expire until 2030.

c) Kiln Lane. It was noted that the Parish Council does not have anything to note.
