14/2020 Appointment.

It was noted that Richard Wade has been appointed.


15/2020 Apologies for Absence.

None.


16/2020 Declarations of Interest, Dispensations and Use of Delegated Powers.

None.


17/2020 Public Participation.


P19/V2428/FUL.

Single dwelling house with detached double garage (as amended by plans and additional information received on 29 November 2019 and 16 January 2020). 208 Steventon Road Drayton Abingdon OX13 6RN. A parishioner reported on the VWHDC Planning Committee meeting held on 26th February 2020 where this planning application was considered. It was noted that the VWHDC would like the Parish Council to clarify the position of the red line in Figure 4 – Current Built Up Area for Drayton Village (Outlined in Red) in our Neighbourhood Development Plan.

ACTION: Deputy Clerk to add item to next months agenda.


18/2020 Minutes of the Previous Meeting.

The minutes of the planning committee meeting were approved with no amendments.

19/2020 P19/V3205/FUL Amendment : No. 1 – dated 17th January 2020.

Proposed single storey detached building to provide 2 x 1 bedroom dwellings (amendment to show land ownership and parking details). 18 Sutton Wick Lane Drayton Abingdon OX14 4HJU. It was noted that the Deputy Clerk has not received a response form OCC requesting information on the discrepancy between the newly submitted deed plan and the Parish Council being the registered owner of common land 77. It was also noted that this planning application was withdrawn prior to determination on 18th February 2020.

The Parish Council’s response to the following planning application was noted.

Part 2 Site Allocations Plan Draft for Consultation under Regulation 18 of the Town & Country Planning (Local Planning) Regulations 2012 (as amended). Reference: X:15.1.2/4/18. This was noted.

23/2020 Date of the next Meeting. 6th April 2020. 7:00pm. Caudwell Day Centre.
