Susan Birchenough the owner and manager of the Bee Byes Guest House in Drayton, has written a series of 6 books called ‘Short Stories For Short Stays’. The genre is mixed and each story is designed to be read in a single sitting. Like many, Susan’s family has been touched by both Dementia & Alzheimer’s disease and she has set out to help raise money for research by selling her books. Each book (printed locally by Rainbow Colour in Steventon) is priced at £2.50 with 50p per book going to charity.
